Do you have rush service?

Yes. We will accept orders for faster delivery when we can accommodate them. Premium processing fees and express shipping charges will be incurred. For fastest service, orders should be paid by credit card. Because our items are handmade, some items may not be available for rush delivery. Please call customer service to discuss your needs.

Orders that must be delivered in 1-4 working days or less are subject to a rush surcharge of 30% of the order, plus Next Day Air.

Orders that must be delivered in 5-6 working days or less are subject to a rush surcharge of 30% of the order, plus 2nd Day Air.

Orders that must be delivered in 7-12 working days or less are not subject to a rush surcharge however depending on where you live, you may have to pay for air shipping to get your products on time.

Cut Off Time for Internet Ordering:

Web orders received after 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, are processed the next business day.

Rush charges:

Most products are manufactured 7-12 working days after we receive your approval to begin production. If your order needs to be delivered in 1-4 days, there is a 30% premium processing fee, plus charges for Next Day Air. If your order is needed in 5-6 days, there is a 30% premium processing fee plus 2nd Day Shipping charges. Orders needed in 7-12 days pay no rush charges but, depending on where you live, you may have to pay for air shipping to get your products on time. Note that the minimum rush charge is $15.

Does everything ship together?

For various business reasons (production time, weight, etc.) certain items are shipped separately to provide the highest product quality. An example would be an order for rosettes, silver and riders numbers. This would be shipped in three separate boxes so that none of the items are damaged during shipment. Shipping charges may vary from what is quoted on the web – the confirmation that you receive from customer service will reflect the correct prices for orders with mixed items. Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Yes we do if ordering by phone. Internet orders do not allow Saturday delivery. Phone orders can be delivered on Saturday anywhere that UPS delivers to on Saturdays. Note that they do NOT deliver everywhere on Saturdays that they deliver to during the week. Packages which must be delivered on Saturday are subject to a $15.00 per package charge and must be ordered over the phone: 1-800-556-2440.

What happens if UPS cannot deliver a package due to an incorrect address?

UPS requires a complete, valid street address for delivery. If you fail to give us your complete shipping address and UPS determines they need an "Address Correction" in order to deliver your package, you will be charged a $20.00 "Address Correction" fee, per box. This fee is charged directly to us from UPS. To avoid this charge, please be sure to give us your complete billing address information, including Suite, Apartment, Floor, etc. UPS address correction fees are applied to any order with an incorrect address including orders where UPS corrects the address before delivering to the customer as well as orders returned to us with an incorrect address. If an address correction fee applies and/or reshipment is required, this charge will be billed to you separately.

Are there any shipping fees associated with shipping to Canada?

Yes. We ship to Canada using UPS and it’s e-tailor Brokerage Program (eBP).

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax).

A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD $200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
