Positions Available:

In Washington, MO - Customer Service Representative for call center

The successful candidate must be dependable, organized, efficient, able to adapt to constant change, enjoy working in a dynamic, yet professional small business environment, and possess the ability to multitask.  Candidate must have excellent spelling and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, the internet and email a must!

Daily Tasks:

- Assisting customers in selecting and pricing products
- Receiving, interpreting, and entering orders into order entry system
- Proof reading orders for accuracy
- Written and telephone correspondence with customers
- Continuous teamwork with various departments to follow through with orders
- A continuous learning environment with new products and procedures

Experience/General requirements:

- Prior office experience required
- 1 – 2 years in customer service or call center preferred and at least 2 year college degree recommended.

Hours:             

8:30am-5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

In Portsmouth, RI - Assembler

The successful candidate must be dependable, organized, be manually dexterous, and follow sometimes complex directions with strict attention to precise detail. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus but not required!! Assemblers can be trained on the job!

Experience/General requirements:

- General assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Use of small hand and semi-automatic tools as required
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to read English and possess basic mathematical skills

Hours:             

7:30am-4:00pm (Monday - Friday) Plus overtime as required
