We are currently looking for motivated, energetic individuals to fill the following positions at our Rhode Island and Missouri Locations:

Customer Service Manager - Washington, MO

Hodges Badge Company, the number one custom manufacturer of quality ribbons, rosettes, medals, presentation silver, sashes and buttons in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Washington, Missouri.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years experience managing a customer service environment
  • Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage 15-20 direct reports
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, SQL, ect.
  • Highly effective communicator

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

  • Serving as a liaison between customers, customer service and our other departments, including manufacturing, to provide optimal service levels
  • Actively manage, develop and motivate a successful team
  • Analyze needs of internal and external customers and implement appropriate systems to handle changing needs
  • Implement systems to facilitate internal communication
  • Analyze and resolve problems and work to eliminate their causes
  • Communicate with senior management keeping them informed of trends and developing situations in the Customer Service department, including departmental results and previous year comparisons

Receptionist (Part Time) - Portsmouth, RI

The successful candidate must be dependable, flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic, yet professional small business environment.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 6 months to one year experience operating an electronic/computerized telephone switchboard
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manners and communication skills
  • Project a friendly, upbeat, pleasant voice and demeanor
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, ect.
  • High School graduate or equivalent

Experience/General requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • General assembly experience preferred but not required
  • Use of small hand and semi-automatic tools as required
  • Must be able to read English and possess basic mathematical skills

Hours:

7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)
